Claimants sign a Limited Representation Agreement authorizing Thurgood to negotiate with the employer and, if no settlement is reached, file a claim with the EEOC, DOL, OSHA, or state equivalent. After filing, Thurgood does not “represent” the claimant, but we assist the claimant throughout the investigation.
If the claimant obtains a right to sue, we refer the case to a licensed attorney for representation.
